full-time MAU is hiring a Customer Data & CRM Administrator for our client in Beloit, WI. As a Customer Data & CRM Administrator, you will maintain accurate customer records, support customer data management processes, and ensure information integrity across CRM and related business systems. This is a short-term contract assignment. Benefits Package Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Required Education and Experience Experience with CRM systems, customer data management, or administrative support Preferred Education and Experience Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, customer service, data management, or a related field General Requirements Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Possess strong organizational and record-keeping skills Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality of customer information Maintain data accuracy and integrity Apply customer relationship management (CRM) skills Demonstrate effective organization and documentation Apply strong attention to detail Demonstrate effective communication skills Apply time management skills Support reporting activities Apply problem-solving skills Collaborate effectively Essential Functions Enter, update, and maintain customer contact information in CRM and business systems Maintain customer master data records, including MSAs, contracts, and related documentation Collect and provide customer data and inputs to support forecasting activities Maintain accurate customer shipment history and order records Track customer onboarding progress and required documentation Update CRM systems following customer meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities Maintain customer communication logs, activity records, and action item trackers Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across customer databases and systems Support reporting activities by providing accurate customer information and records Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data quality MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
