Overview:

Millee builds AI software for recruiting agencies. There are four of us, working across product, sales, and engineering. The product is live and recruiters use it every day. Here is what interests us. We sell to recruiters, a group that ignores most advertising and buys almost entirely on word of mouth. So the usual growth playbook does not apply to us and we would rather work out our own than copy one. That starts with understanding what happened at the AI companies that grew fastest. That is most of this job: Study how fast-growing AI companies got their first customers. What they posted, where they posted it, what they gave away for free, how people found out about them. Study the ones that failed too. That tells you as much. Keep a written record of what you learn as you go. Once a week, tell us what you think is true, what changed your mind, and what you want to test next. The rest of the job is putting the ideas into practice: Run our X and accounts and write the posts yourself. Try different approaches and report back on what happened.

What we are looking for:

Marketing major or minor. You write clearly. You are curious about why some marketing works and others down. You use AI tools often enough to have real opinions about them. You are comfortable saying when you do not know something yet. Remote, part-time, working directly with the four of us.
