True Tan is looking for a creative, organized, tech-savvy Creative Marketing & Office Assistant to support our growing beauty and lifestyle businesses. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, organizing, branding, working on a computer, and bringing ideas to life. A major part of this position will involve using a Cricut machine and heat press to create professional branded materials , but the role will also support marketing, content creation, office projects, and day-to-day business needs. What You'll Be Doing Use Cricut Design Space to design, cut, weed, and apply vinyl Create branded T-shirts, towels, bags, signage, stickers, labels, decals, and other materials Operate a heat press and other small branding/printing equipment Help develop and test new branded merchandise and packaging ideas Assist with social media and content creation Take simple photos and videos for Instagram, Reels, Stories, and marketing Use Canva or similar programs to create simple graphics and marketing materials Help organize digital files, photos, marketing assets, and projects Assist the owner with administrative and computer-based tasks Research products, vendors, supplies, trends, and creative ideas Help prepare materials for events, promotions, partnerships, and studio activations Assist with other office and creative projects as the businesses grow Our Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you are: Experienced with Cricut Design Space or similar cutting/printing equipment Comfortable using a computer and learning new software quickly Creative and naturally detail-oriented Good with your hands and enjoy making things Familiar with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, or content creation Organized and able to work independently A fast learner who can figure things out and problem-solve Able to follow brand standards and produce clean, professional-looking work Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working directly with a business owner in a fast-moving environment Bonus skills: photography, video editing, graphic design, social media management, printing, heat-transfer vinyl, sublimation, sticker making, or experience working with small businesses. Experience Previous professional Cricut experience is preferred, but we are open to someone who has used Cricut extensively for personal projects or a small business and can demonstrate their work. You do not need to know everything. We care about finding someone who is creative, dependable, computer-savvy, and learns quickly. Compensation $15-$18/hour , depending on experience and skill level. Part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the role grows.
