Duties:

• Market research to identify target audience.
• Develop and implement a successful marketing campaign.
• Working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by setting deadlines and adjusting throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers.

Webpage Management Responsibilities:

• Building brand awareness and social media presence
• Planning sales and advertising campaigns
• Collecting and analyzing market research data
• Identifying potential markets and testing them
• Working within various multimedia outlets to promote a product.
• Design of ad layouts
• Developing and following a marketing schedule
• Performing the tasks required to meet overall marketing strategies.
• Identifying potential customers
• Organizing focus groups for clients and companies
• Monitoring market trends
• Developing pricing strategies and targeting strategies based on demographic data.
• Working with the company to develop more awareness of what they offer.
• Developing media plans, including advertising, public relations, email marketing, sales promotion, social media engagement and creative writing.
• Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
• Graphic design .

Webpage Management Experience and Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Minimum 2-years marketing / graphics experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and all Social Media Platforms
• Project Management
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to multitask.
• Strong Organizational skills
• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and dependable
• Experience in the Cosmetics/personal care industry desired but not mandatory.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
