Executive Assistant & Marketing Strategist

•This position is full-time, in-office, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking Executive Assistant & Marketing Strategist to partner with our lead real estate agent, Mary. This isn't your typical administrative role. While you will be the backbone of our daily operations, this position has evolved into a powerhouse marketing and brand-building role. The ideal candidate is a blend of a highly organized operations manager, a creative content creator, and a tech-savvy AI enthusiast. You will be responsible for driving our brand's social media presence, producing weekly video content, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to scale Mary's real estate business, all while delivering "Disney World-level" customer service.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Digital Content Creation Social Media Influence:

Manage, grow, and interact across all social platforms. Your goal is to build a dominant, influential social media presence for Mary within the real estate industry.

YouTube Production:

Own our YouTube channel end-to-end. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and uploading one high-quality video per week to drive engagement and leads.

Email Campaigns:

Design and execute multiple weekly email marketing campaigns showcasing new and featured listings to the local agent community.

AI Integration:

Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools and workflows to optimize marketing, streamline operations, and keep the business ahead of industry trends.

Administrative & Operations Management Systems & Communication:

Manage incoming phone calls, monitor/handle emails, maintain calendars, and handle digital file management.

Transaction Coordination Support:

Process new listings, market new properties, manage transaction contracts from mutual acceptance to close, and compile regular showing feedback.

Client Appreciation:

Manage the database, track customer birthdays, coordinate closing gifts, and prepare professional listing/buyer presentation packages.

Newsletter Production:

Design and distribute a comprehensive quarterly print/digital newsletter.

Qualifications & Skills Marketing & Tech Requirements:

Social Media Native:

Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Video Production:

Proficient in video filming and editing software (CapCut) a portfolio of engaging video content.

AI Literacy:

A strong, practical knowledge of AI tools (like Google Gemini, ChatGPT) and a genuine passion for staying ahead of the AI curve.

Real Estate Acumen:

A solid understanding of the marketing landscape and how to effectively leverage it to advance a real estate brand.

Operational Requirements:

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
