•This is a 1099 contract position. In-person (you will receive a co-working membership in Safety Harbor).

• Looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to help support a growing digital marketing agency and its clients. This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, research, branding, and bringing ideas to life. You'll work directly with the agency owner across multiple client accounts, helping with everything from researching content ideas to creating graphics, planning social calendars, and assisting with day-to-day client management. Our current client work is heavily focused on telehealth and emerging wellness industries , including medical cannabis, ketamine therapy, peptides, longevity, and related health and wellness services. Because of this, please only apply if you have experience in these spaces or are genuinely interested and comfortable learning about them. What You'll Help With Researching social media trends, industry news, competitors, and content opportunities Brainstorming content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and other platforms Helping build and organize monthly content calendars Creating social media graphics and branded content in Canva Writing and editing social media captions and other marketing copy Turning research, articles, studies, news, and client information into engaging content Helping create short-form video and social media content Organizing client projects, requests, deliverables, and content approvals Assisting with overall client communication and account management Helping maintain brand consistency across different clients Supporting additional marketing projects, launches, partnerships, influencer campaigns, email marketing, and other initiatives as needed What We're Looking For You should be someone who is creative but also organized. We're looking for someone who can take direction, understand a brand's voice, and eventually take ownership of projects without needing every step mapped out.

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience with social media marketing and content creation Strong Canva skills A good eye for design, branding, and what makes content visually appealing Strong writing, editing, and research skills An understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms The ability to research a topic and turn that research into useful content Strong attention to detail Good organizational and communication skills The ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines Comfort working in a fast-moving small agency environment Experience creating video content is a major plus .
