About Posh Salon Suites Posh Salon Suites is a premium salon suite property offering independent beauty professionals a first-class environment to run their businesses. We are looking for a driven, creative, and sales-minded Leasing Agent to help grow our community, fill our suites, and deliver a seamless experience from first inquiry to move-in day. Our current locations include St. Charles, West Dundee, Algonquin, Downers Grove, Northwest Highway in Chicago, Hazelcrest, Alsip and Joliet, with expanding locations throughout. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Monitor and respond to all incoming leads across all channels — phone, Instagram, website, TikTok, and other platforms Conduct diligent and consistent lead follow-up to move prospects through the leasing pipeline Convert leads to signed leases through strong relationship-building and closing skills Update and maintain the lead and marketing log accurately and consistently. Reports Directly to Property Manager for all leasing matters. Marketing & Social Media Create and manage social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to drive lead generation Conduct property visits to capture photos and video footage for content creation Develop and help execute social media events and campaigns Update and maintain the property website with current listings, photos, and information Take photos of available suites to send to prospective tenants Directly reports to Property Manager for all Marketing and Social Media matters. Reports Directly to Property Manager for marketing, event, branding approvals. Tours & Leasing Schedule and conduct in-person property tours with prospective tenants with a sense of urgency. Conduct virtual tours and manage the battery log to ensure all suites are equipped and ready for virtual showing Answer prospective tenant calls and questions regarding leasing, availability, and pricing Prepare and send leases to tenants ready to sign Move-In Coordination Assist with the leasing portion of the move-in process Be present on move-in days to welcome new tenants and ensure a smooth transition Provide tenants with all information needed for a seamless move-in experience Coordinate move-in details with the Assistant Operations Manager Customer Service & Events Assist with customer service calls and general tenant inquiries related to leasing Support property events as needed to drive community engagement and lead generation Who You Are You are a natural salesperson who also happens to be creative. You know how to work a lead — following up consistently and aren't afraid to overcome objections — and you know how to close. You have a sense of urgency and you don't stop until you hear NO. You are comfortable on camera, behind the lens, and in front of a prospective tenant. Social media is second nature to you and you understand how to use it strategically to drive real results, not just likes. You are organized enough to manage a pipeline and a content calendar, but energetic and flexible enough to jump in a car, head to the property, and get things done. You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and take pride in helping people find a space they love. You understand branding and know how to get creative while staying on brand. You are a team player, embrace the grey, open to feedback, coaching and are passionate about driving results.
