Position Overview We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Associate to help grow Kognitico's brand presence and promote our AI products across digital channels. This role will be responsible for creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across social media platforms, helping increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys social media marketing, content creation, AI technology, and startup environments. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and grow Kognitico's presence on: LinkedIn Facebook Instagram X (Twitter) YouTube Other relevant platforms Plan and maintain a content calendar. Schedule and publish content regularly. Monitor engagement and respond to comments when appropriate. Content Creation Create engaging social media posts, graphics, short videos, and promotional content. Convert blogs, webinars, product demos, case studies, and company announcements into social media content. Highlight features, benefits, and success stories related to: Kim (AI Immigration Expert) Kimigrate (AI Immigration Platform) Kognitico's AI solutions Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva, and similar platforms to generate content efficiently. Brand Awareness & Growth Help increase followers, engagement, and visibility across social channels.

Artificial Intelligence Legal Technology Immigration Technology SaaS Products Recommend new ideas and campaigns to strengthen Kognitico's digital presence. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics including: Follower growth Post engagement Reach and impressions Website clicks Lead generation activities Prepare a simple monthly performance report with recommendations. Required Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, startups, or personal brands. Strong written English communication skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Experience using Canva or similar design tools. Comfortable using AI tools for content creation. Highly organized and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business. Experience promoting SaaS, technology, AI, legal-tech, or startup products. Basic video editing experience. Experience with LinkedIn company page management and social media analytics.
