Job Description

Fashion + Bridal Marketing Intern

Fall 2026 Art & Lace Bridal
Somerset, MA
Hybrid Art & Lace is a small luxury bridal styling studio and creative brand in Somerset, MA.

We combine curated bridal fashion, The Atelier (custom design + heirloom transformations), and The Lace Journal — our bridal planning workbook launching wholesale at NY Bridal Fashion Week in October 2026. We create deeply personal, editorial bridal experiences for a small number of brides at a time. We're bringing on 2 Fall interns for a 12-week program to work alongside the founder on our biggest season yet. This is not coffee runs and filing — this is real project work with real portfolio output.

Compensation:

This is a project-based creative internship. Includes $500 completion stipend + portfolio work across marketing, styling, event production, and copywriting + letter of recommendation + potential course credit (if your school approves — we work with your advisor). The Lace Journal wholesale launch at NY Bridal Market NYC (Oct 13-15) Fall bridal appointments + sample sale events Content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Substack, YouTube The Atelier — custom bridal design + heirloom transformations Studio merchandising + creative direction projects Who we're looking for: Undergraduate or graduate student (fashion, marketing, communications, art, English, or related) Strong aesthetic sense + attention to detail Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Writing skills a plus Interest in bridal, fashion, luxury retail, or independent creative brands Reliable transportation to

Somerset, MA Schedule:

12 weeks

September 8 - November 28, 2026 One full day in-studio per week (Wed, Thu, or Fri) Additional flexible remote hours around your class schedule Direct mentorship from a founder with 20 years in retail + visual merchandising Application deadline: August 8, 2026
Interviews conducted August 10-17.
