We are looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team and help execute our growing digital strategies!
What You'll Do:
Social Media & Content Support:
Assist in managing and growing our social media accounts, creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and monitoring community engagement.
Website & SEO Maintenance:
Help keep our website updated with accurate product listings, format content for search engine optimization (SEO), and assist with basic analytics tracking.
Email Marketing:
Support the development of email campaigns, maintain clean customer email lists, and assist with setting up automated email sequences.
Advertising & Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate the assets needed for paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, while tracking baseline KPIs.
Event & Trade Show Logistics:
Provide hands-on coordination for trade shows, webinars, and industry events, including organizing promotional materials, displays, and setups.
Graphic Design & Assets:
Assist in creating promotional materials, editing short-form video content, and ensuring cohesive brand consistency across all channels.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a related administrative role.
Skills:
Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, social media platforms, and standard digital marketing concepts.
Tools:
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or another comparable software is required.
Attributes:
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills with an ability to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Data Basics:
Comfortable working with spreadsheets to log marketing budget expenses and track campaign performance.
