We're looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to help bring marketing programs and campaigns to life. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, manage projects from concept to completion, and support the growth of our brands. What You Will Do:

Support the development and execution of Shopper marketing programs that drive business growth and brand performance on the Asian BU. Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, events, promotions, and shopper marketing channels, ensuring cohesion with branding and communication strategies. Partner with internal teams and agency partners to bring marketing initiatives from concept to launch. Become the primary point of contact for designated sales teams, leading regular statuses with them, with support from your manager. Manage project timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Leverage consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business data to help inform marketing strategies. Monitor and measure campaign performance, sharing key learnings and recommendations with stakeholders. Support budget management and marketing operations activities. Identify risks, resolve challenges, and help keep projects moving forward. Represent Marketing on cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams across the organization.

What We Look For:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience) and 3+ years of marketing, brand, agency, or project management experience Strong project management and experience working with data sets (Circana, consumer insights, market trends etc.) Budget management experience a plus.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
