Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage social media content calendars. Monitor social listening tools and analyze social media analytics to gauge campaign performance and identify trending topics or customer sentiment. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility on search engines and enhance digital marketing efforts. Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty. Track digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other media performance analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy adjustments. Skills Proficiency in social media management. Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, and Canva. Knowledge of social media platforms' algorithms, advertising options (including Facebook Advertising), and best practices for content marketing. Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring. Excellent content writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing for clarity and engagement. Ability to analyze social media data through analytics tools to optimize campaigns effectively. Experience in public relations, branding strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces. Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging videos through video editing software; photography skills are a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
