Job Description

Hi. I run a commercial architectural and interior design photography business based in Bozeman, MT. I'm looking for a part-time marketing and admin assistant (under 20 hrs/week) to help keep the business running smoothly. This is a hybrid role — some in-person, some remote/flexible.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media content and posting Write and send email newsletters/marketing campaigns Assist on photo shoots as needed Handle client communication and scheduling Manage invoicing and general business admin Maintain website and SEO upkeep

Qualifications:

Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Flodesk, etc.) a plus.
