This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys marketing, client service, and keeping a fast-paced business running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities Create and coordinate marketing materials for listings, open houses, and other client outreach Assist with social media, email marketing, advertisements, and online property promotion Maintain contact lists, client records, calendars, and transaction-related files Coordinate appointments, showings, inspections, photography, and other listing activities Prepare and organize real estate forms, listing materials, presentations, and correspondence Communicate with clients, agents, vendors, and service providers in a timely and professional manner Track deadlines and help ensure that transactions and marketing projects remain on schedule Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed Qualifications Active North Carolina real estate license required Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Strong clerical, administrative, and time-management abilities Comfortable using email, social media, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and other digital tools Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and handle confidential information appropriately Prior experience in residential real estate, marketing, or administrative support is preferred Position Details Part-time or full-time On-site in Chapel Hill, North Carolina Residential real estate practice Some flexibility may be needed based on listings, transactions, and client schedules Compensation can be further discussed based on experience To learn more or apply, please call or submit your résumé by email to .
