We're known for craftsmanship, transparency, and guiding homeowners through a thoughtful, well-managed remodeling process from first consultation to final walkthrough. As we grow, we're looking for someone who can own our marketing presence and keep our owner and office running smoothly. The Role We're hiring a Marketing & Executive Assistant — a hybrid role for someone with a strong social media marketing background who's also organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting ownership with day-to-day administrative work. You'll be the voice of our brand online and a key part of what keeps the office running.

This role is a mix:

roughly half marketing, half executive/administrative support. If you love building an audience, telling a brand's story visually, and also enjoy the satisfaction of a well-run calendar and inbox, this is for you. What You'll Do Marketing & Social Media Own our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms) — content calendar, posting, stories, reels, and community engagement Photograph and document job sites, before/afters, and completed projects for marketing use Design social graphics and simple marketing materials (Canva or similar) Track engagement, follower growth, and lead generation from social channels; report results to ownership Manage online reviews and testimonial requests across Google, Facebook, and Houzz Support email marketing, newsletters, and client follow-up campaigns Coordinate with photographers/videographers for larger project features Help maintain the company website with fresh project photos and content Assist with local marketing efforts — sponsorships, community events, referral partner outreach Executive & Administrative Support Serve as a right hand to the owner — managing calendar, scheduling, and correspondence Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials Maintain client and project files Order office supplies and manage basic vendor coordination Assist with scheduling client consultations and design meetings Support light bookkeeping/admin tasks as needed (invoice tracking, filing, data entry) Take on other administrative tasks as the business requires What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally with some executive assistant or administrative experience A strong eye for visual content — you know what makes a photo or post stop the scroll Excellent written communication skills; you can capture a brand voice and represent it consistently Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Trustworthy and discreet — you'll have access to the owner's calendar and business details
