Position Overview We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer with an interest in jewelry design and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite. This position will support jewelry design and product development while taking an active role in creating and scheduling weekly email blasts and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage weekly email blasts from concept through completion, including creative direction, layouts, product selection, imagery, copy, proofreading, and final scheduling. Assist with jewelry design and product development from initial concepts through samples and final production. Create marketing materials, presentations, catalogs, sell sheets, and other visual materials for multiple jewelry brands. Create email graphics and render CAD designs and new jewelry concepts for upcoming design seasons and product launches. Work with CAD designers and factories to communicate jewelry designs, revisions, materials, finishes, stones, and construction details. Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography for email blasts, catalogs, websites, social media, and other marketing. Create engaging visual content for new product launches, seasonal collections, promotions, and brand stories. Maintain consistent branding across email, print, digital, and product-development materials. Assist with product photography, image organization, and preparation of final digital assets. Create additional artwork including flyers, posters, retail signage, promotional materials, and in-store graphics. Stay current on jewelry, fashion, graphic design, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to new collections and campaigns. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, jewelry design, fashion, or a related creative field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Jewelry CAD experience a plus. Experience creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns. Strong photo-editing and retouching skills; lifestyle photography experience is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills. Jewelry, fashion, accessories, or consumer-product experience preferred. Ideal Candidate A creative, hands-on designer with a strong eye for jewelry and fashion who can move comfortably between graphic design, jewelry design, CAD, photography, email marketing, and marketing materials. Someone who is organized, deadline-driven, eager to learn, and excited to help bring new jewelry collections and marketing campaigns to life.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
