full-time Marketing & E-Commerce Associate The Clear Cut is seeking a creative and data-driven E-Commerce and Marketing Associate to support the execution of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content across social and paid channels, managing website updates through Shopify, supporting email marketing campaigns, and assisting with digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate has experience with short-form video editing, content creation, and performance marketing, along with a strong eye for branding and design. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about fashion, luxury, and consumer brands and is eager to help grow a dynamic e-commerce business. ? Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, paid social, and other digital channels ? Help ideate, shoot, and produce social and marketing content ? Create graphics and creative assets for social, email, paid advertising, and website ? Build and execute email marketing campaigns ? Support Meta and Google Ads, including campaign setup, creative testing, optimization, and reporting ? Track and analyze marketing performance and key KPIs ? Manage day-to-day website updates through Shopify ? Add and update products, collections, imagery, copy, and merchandising ? Build landing pages and support product, promotional, and seasonal launches ? Help ensure the brand is consistently represented across social, email, paid media, and e-commerce ? Support photoshoots, content days, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives What We're Looking For ? 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, design, or a related field ? Strong creative eye and understanding of branding ? Experience editing short-form video ? Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads ? Comfortable working with marketing analytics and performance data ? Experience with Shopify ? Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus ? Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools ? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects ? Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ? Interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or consumer brands is a plus
