This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting client marketing efforts, and ensuring excellent communication across our accounts. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow with us—while you'll start by supporting our leadership team and day-to-day operations, we're specifically seeking someone with the ambition to take on greater responsibility and eventually grow into a role such as Account Manager as our company continues to scale. Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities. You'll support our daily operations while working on a variety of client-facing and marketing projects—from client communications and social media management to basic graphic design, website updates, and digital advertising support. You don't need to be an expert in every area on day one. We're looking for someone who has strong fundamentals, learns technology quickly, has an eye for quality, and isn't afraid to figure things out. Most importantly, we want someone eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside the company. This isn't just an assistant role—it's an opportunity to develop hands-on marketing and client management experience while building toward a larger role within the company.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, creative, and naturally organized. You're the type of person who notices when something hasn't been followed up on and handles it. You catch small mistakes before they become bigger problems. You can look at a social media post, website, or graphic and recognize when something doesn't look or sound right. When you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to research it, learn it, and figure it out. You should be comfortable switching between communicating with a client, scheduling social media content, creating a graphic, updating a website, organizing a project, checking an advertising campaign, and helping leadership solve whatever needs attention that day. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are essential because you'll become an important point of contact for our clients. We're especially interested in candidates who are ambitious and want increasing responsibility. As you demonstrate your abilities, you'll have opportunities to take greater ownership of marketing projects and client relationships, with the goal of eventually growing into an Account Manager or similar leadership role.
