About the Role T-Pro Tires is a family-owned automotive business in Patterson, NY. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience in customer service, business operations, administration, and marketing. The position can be part-time or full-time and involves working directly with customers and our team in a fast-paced, small-business environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the front desk Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule customer appointments and maintain the daily schedule Greet customers and assist with general questions Perform general administrative and front-office duties Maintain organized customer and business records Assist with social media content, basic photo/video editing, and marketing initiatives Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members Assist management with day-to-day business operations and special projects as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal English communication skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable, organized, and able to multitask Basic computer and technology skills Valid, clean driver's license held for at least one year Ability to work in person in Patterson, NY Preferred Qualifications Associate's or currently pursuing a degree Basic knowledge of Canva, photo/video editing, or other creative tools Recent high school graduates and college students looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, and customer relations are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
