The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring and updating client social media platforms, updating client websites and general office administrative duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees social media campaign schedules and pulling KPI data to determine media success Understand KPIs and communicate performance to President/CEO Collaborate with other design team members to provide attractive and effective campaigns Monitor all social media sites and content Keep up with social media technologies used in social media Understand and use media marketing tools as required Do outside sales to potential clients as needed Track customer engagement Position requires multitasking Assist with entering and tracking help desk reporting Must be able to use critical thinking and problem solving skills Update customers web page design/updates/edits and publishing as needed Answer calls and greet customers Position requires the good communication and written skills Assist with general office administrative duties Regular and sustained attendance Other duties as may be assigned

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business field preferred One or more years' experience as social medial coordinator or related role Experience working with web design and publisher helpful Understanding of SEO and web traffic data required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must have good close range vision Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; stand; walk; sit and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
