This is a hands-on role for a self-starter. You'll own the day-to-day production of marketing work: campaigns, social, decks, and sales materials. You will not be waiting for assignments. What you'll do Execute marketing campaigns end to end — build the assets, schedule the sends, track what went out, report on what worked Run social media across brands: content calendar, creation, scheduling, community management, and performance recaps Design and produce marketing materials — line sheets, one-pagers, email templates, trade collateral, packaging inserts, event materials Build presentations for internal, trade, and retail-partner audiences that are clean, on-brand, and ready to present Maintain brand consistency and asset organization across every entity we support Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with timelines, assets, and follow-through Use AI tools to move faster — drafting, editing, image work, research, and content production Own website optimization and updates What you need 1-3 years of marketing experience (internships and freelance work count) Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working fluency with Claude and other AI writing, editing, and image tools — you use them daily, not occasionally Experience running social media accounts for a brand, not just personally Strong presentation design skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously: you scope the task, ask the right questions once, and deliver Strong problem-solving instincts — when something breaks or a tool doesn't do what you need, you find another way The focus and organization to hold multiple brands and priorities in your head without dropping threads Efficiency.
