Marketing Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness. This role involves assisting with marketing analytics, coordinating face-to-face communications, setting up kiosks, and contributing to sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with audiences directly and helping to execute marketing strategies effectively. Responsibilities Assist in analyzing marketing data and generating reports to inform strategic decisions. Support the setup and management of face-to-face communication events, including kiosks and promotional activities. Contribute to the organization and execution of brand awareness campaigns at various venues. Participate in on-site sales activities, engaging with potential customers and promoting brand offerings. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing events and initiatives. Help maintain a consistent brand presence across all marketing channels and physical locations. Support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at increasing visibility and customer engagement. Skills Strong interest in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in face-to-face interactions. Ability to set up and manage promotional kiosks or similar event setups. Enthusiastic about engaging with the public, representing the brand professionally. Organizational skills to coordinate multiple events or campaigns simultaneously. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
