Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness. This role involves engaging in social media marketing, managing digital campaigns, creating graphic content, and coordinating on-the-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about connecting with audiences through various channels and assisting in the execution of marketing events. Duties Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility. Manage digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution, including monitoring performance metrics and optimizing results. Create visually appealing graphics and content to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Assist in organizing and executing on-the-ground marketing activities, including making phone calls to set up marketing events. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for campaigns and promotional efforts. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future initiatives. Requirements Prior experience in marketing or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interest in social media marketing, digital campaigns, and graphic design. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar programs is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make phone calls and coordinate events effectively. Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
