Ranch at Brushy Creek (Northwest Austin). This position is a temp to hire for part time or full time position.
About the company:
Kopa Real Estate is a high-performing real estate company specializing in the Cedar Park and North Austin area. We are known for our marketing and presentation skills for the homes we sell. This position will be working with our Marketing Coordinator and Owner on a variety of marketing tasks. We work out of our home office in Cedar Park. We are hiring for up to 40 hours per week through August and will consider part-time. As a marketing assistant, you would be responsible for:
Creating marketing pieces using Photoshop or InDesign
Editing videos using Adobe Premiere
Manage weekly newsletters using Mailchimp
Manage monthly newsletters using InDesign
Creating and keeping track us in our on-going marketing pieces
Manage listing information
Day-to-day operations, administrative side of the business
Maintain and develop Wordpress accounts
Help in destaging homes
Delivering / picking up documents, real estate signs, flyers, and lockboxes, etc.
Coordinate inspections and trades (plumbers, carpet installers, painters…)
Skills:
We are looking for a candidate with some of these skills (you do not have to be an expert in every skill). You will be helping to support our marketing coordinator with the advertising of our business and the homes we are selling.
Video Filming and Editing Digital Marketing Graphic Design Social Media Required Experience:
HTML
CSS
Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere
Experience managing Wordpress or other similar content management systems
Ability to work on Mac operating system is a must. We only use Apply products
Available to work 20-40 hours in our Northwest Austin office each week day.
The ability to work weekends is a plus
