PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE YOU APPLY.
We're a busy auto hail repair shop, and we want someone to run our social media every day. You'll get to see how a real local business does its marketing from the inside. What you'll do:
  • Take photos and videos of our daily work: repairs, before-and-afters, the team, and happy customers
  • Post every day and keep our pages consistent and on-brand
  • Reply to leads who message us through social media, and help turn them into booked appointments (this is DMs only, not phone calls)
  • Sometimes drive a company or customer vehicle to another location for a photo shoot
  • Learn marketing on the job and bring your own ideas What you need:
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check and a drug test
  • Proven experience growing social media, marketing, or creating content (personal, business, or freelance work all count)
  • Good writing, and friendly, professional messaging Nice to have:
  • Your own camera (we provide a phone and camera)
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok for a business
Pay:
$13.50/hour. Full-time, 30-35 guaranteed hours per week.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, with a mandatory 1-hour unpaid lunch at 2pm.
NOT a fit if you:
  • Can't work Monday-Friday during the day
  • Don't have content or social media work you can show us
  • Don't have a valid driver's license
Pay:
$13.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0
