This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and ambitious professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, event marketing, customer acquisition, brand promotions, and campaign management . In this role, you#39;ll work closely with experienced marketing professionals to help execute promotional campaigns, build lasting client relationships, and support brand growth. Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager with project coordination, campaign execution, and daily marketing operations. Collaborate with internal marketing teams and client accounts to support integrated marketing and public relations campaigns. Coordinate in-store promotional events and marketing activations while ensuring operational excellence. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Track campaign performance and assist with reporting, analytics, and performance measurement. Manage marketing materials, promotional collateral, and visual merchandising displays. Develop strong working relationships with vendors, retail partners, and event personnel. Maintain accurate records of event attendance, inventory, production schedules, and campaign activities. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, streamline operations, and support business growth. Take advantage of performance-based career advancement opportunities into Senior Campaign Management and leadership roles. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, sales, customer service , or a related field. Internship experience is welcomed and considered relevant. Bachelor#39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
