We are currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant / Intern to support our growing client projects. This role will be involved in real marketing work, including social media content, influencer outreach, campaign execution, and local brand promotion. Responsibilities Assist with daily content planning and account management for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms Help create and organize social media posts, captions, content calendars, and campaign materials Support KOL/KOC and influencer outreach, communication, and follow-up Assist with local brand events, restaurant openings, influencer visits, and marketing campaigns Track basic social media performance, engagement, and content results Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas Assist with short-form video, photo, and other marketing content production Support the team with project coordination and client-related marketing tasks Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is required Able to communicate effectively in English in a professional working environment Familiar with Xiaohongshu and other major social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, branding, and content creation Reliable, organized, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned tasks Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Able to participate in occasional in-person projects or events in the Greater Seattle area Preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media accounts Experience with content creation, video editing, photography, or design Experience with KOL/KOC, influencer marketing, PR, or event coordination Background in marketing, communications, media, advertising, or business is a plus Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar content tools is a plus This is a good opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in social media marketing and real client projects.
