Marketing Manager - Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

The Marketing Manager is a tenacious, organized, detail-oriented and results-driven marketing professional dedicated exclusively to Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Reporting to the Complex Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager partners with the Complex Director of Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing to execute and optimize a proactive, measurable marketing plan that increases resort awareness, supports revenue goals and strengthens the property's market position.

Serving as the primary day-to-day marketing leader on property, this role connects strategy with execution across accommodations, food and beverage, spa, weddings, leisure experiences, group business and seasonal programming. The Marketing Manager has a strong focus on digital marketing execution, campaign management, intermediate graphic design and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the resort's annual marketing strategy under the direction of the Complex Director of Marketing and in partnership with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing leader for Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, ensuring property priorities move from strategy through execution.
  • Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting resort accommodations, dining, spa, weddings, leisure experiences, group business and special events across OmniHotels.com, email marketing, third-party platforms and other digital channels.
  • Develop and manage a rolling 90-day email marketing calendar, including campaign planning, copywriting, asset coordination, deployment and performance tracking.
  • Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to identify opportunities for photography, short-form video, Reels, Stories and other social-first content.
  • Provide intermediate graphic design and creative production support using Omni-approved templates and tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Lead the marketing execution of resort activations and other signature experiences.
  • Partner with the Executive Administrative Assistant to coordinate internal communications, schedules, reservations, itineraries, amenities, meetings, departmental follow-up and on-property logistics for marketing projects.
  • Support public relations initiatives by coordinating with the Complex Director of Marketing, public relations agency, resort leaders and media partners.
  • Evaluate and manage appropriate influencer, content creator, community and promotional partnership opportunities in alignment with resort goals.
  • Attend weekly revenue merchandising meetings and other leadership meetings as needed to align marketing activity with revenue goals, need periods and resort priorities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for leadership, translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support marketing budget management, including forecasting, invoice tracking, expense reconciliation and alignment of spending with business priorities.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, campaign files, creative materials, photography, video and project documentation.
  • Ensure internal and external communications remain current, consistent and reflective of Omni Hotels & Resorts brand standards.
    Job Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, social media, website management and performance analytics.
  • Intermediate graphic design skills and experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and copywriting abilities.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to support select evening, weekend and holiday events as business needs require.
