Job Description

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Manager to support a school community through thoughtful communications, strong visual storytelling, and consistent brand presentation. This long-term contract position blends content development, design execution, photography, and digital channel management to help keep families and stakeholders informed and engaged. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, excellent writing ability, and the versatility to manage multiple marketing initiatives while maintaining a consistent and unified public presence.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and guide a campus-wide communications approach that keeps families and community members informed with timely, accurate, and engaging updates.
  • Collaborate with school teams to collect information, shape messaging priorities, and turn key updates into effective communications across multiple channels.
  • Produce branded marketing assets such as brochures, event programs, posters, banners, advertisements, and digital graphics that support outreach and community engagement.
  • Oversee visual brand consistency by ensuring all printed and digital materials align with established style standards and reflect a cohesive identity.
  • Capture and curate high-quality photography of school programs, student life, and special events, including select evening or weekend activities as needed.
  • Maintain an organized library of photos and visual assets for use in newsletters, social media, website content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage website updates and refresh online content so news, events, announcements, and imagery remain current and accurate.
  • Support the school's broader digital presence by coordinating content across web platforms and monitoring public-facing review sites and online reputation channels.
  • Use creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to deliver high-quality content, with video creation or editing support as needed for marketing initiatives.
