Duties Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, optimizing performance to meet campaign goals. Lead email marketing efforts, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance analysis to maximize outreach effectiveness. Maintain and update Google My Business profiles to improve local search presence and customer engagement. Create, curate, and manage organic social media content across various platforms to build community engagement and brand loyalty. Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing environment. Experience Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing management. Proven track record in posting, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Experience executing successful email marketing campaigns with measurable results. Familiarity with managing Google My Business profiles for local SEO benefits. Demonstrated ability to create engaging organic social media content that resonates with target audiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
