This is a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and hospitality-driven Director of Guest Experience, Marketing & Events to work alongside the owner and leadership team in the daily operations and continued growth of Julep Farms. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and enjoys balancing marketing, guest experience, event coordination, and business operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, increasing overnight cottage bookings, growing our social media presence, and supporting unforgettable weddings, retreats, and special events. No two days are ever the same. One day you may be creating content for social media, the next welcoming cottage guests, assisting with a wedding, coordinating a corporate retreat, developing marketing campaigns, or working alongside the owner on special projects that continue to elevate the Julep Farms experience. Core ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Oversee the guest experience for all overnight cottage guests from reservation through departure. Ensure every guest interaction reflects the exceptional hospitality standards of Julep Farms. Coordinate guest communications, welcome amenities, concierge recommendations, and special requests. Develop memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and five-star reviews. Marketing Lead Julep Farms' social media strategy and day-to-day content creation. Create photography, video, reels, and written content showcasing the property, cottages, restaurant, retail boutique, flower fields, and events. Develop marketing campaigns designed to increase cottage occupancy, restaurant traffic, event inquiries, and brand awareness. Assist with website updates, email marketing, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Events Support the planning and execution of weddings, corporate retreats, private events, workshops, and seasonal experiences. Work alongside the Events Manager to ensure seamless communication and execution across departments. Help create unique guest experiences that distinguish Julep Farms from other hospitality destinations. Operations Partner with the owner and leadership team on operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with administrative projects, scheduling, vendor coordination, and special assignments. Maintain exceptional organization while ensuring smooth communication between departments. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall business performance. Why Julep Farms?
