Success in this role will be measured by our ability to significantly increase new patient acquisition while strengthening our brand throughout the community. What You'll Be Responsible ForLead Our Growth Strategy Develop and execute internal and external marketing campaigns. Increase new patient acquisition through creative, measurable marketing initiatives. Create systems that generate referrals from our existing patient base. Build partnerships and community outreach opportunities that expand our local presence. Plan and execute workshops, events, and promotional campaigns. Own the Brand Ensure every patient touchpoint reflects our premium brand. Coordinate marketing across print, digital, social media, email, and community channels. Help create compelling content that educates and inspires our community. Manage Digital Marketing Work alongside outside marketing agencies and vendors. Hold partners accountable to performance metrics and ROI. Analyze campaign performance and present recommendations for improvement. Monitor key marketing metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in marketing for a premium consumer brand, healthcare organization, or service business. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative enough to generate new ideas and analytical enough to measure what works. Comfortable using marketing data to guide decisions. An excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with others. Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership without constant direction. Experience managing marketing agencies, digital advertising, CRM/email marketing, event planning, or brand development is a plus.
