Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Position Summary Capella Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Global Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across North America and the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives. The Global Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and business leaders to develop annual marketing plans, oversee multi-channel campaigns, lead the UK and the NA Marketing Teams, and ensure a consistent global brand while adapting marketing activities to meet local market requirements. The successful candidate will be both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketing leader, capable of translating business objectives into effective marketing initiatives that drive measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement the company's global marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives. Create, own, and execute annual marketing plans, priorities, budgets, and performance measures. Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making. Partner with sales, product, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure marketing activities support revenue growth and business objectives. Support market expansion, product launches, and growth initiatives across existing and developing territories. Brand Management Act as the company's brand champion, ensuring consistency of messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all markets and channels. Maintain and enhance the organization's global brand reputation and market positioning. Ensure marketing communications accurately reflect company values and strategic priorities. Balance global brand consistency with local market needs across North America, the UK, and other international markets. Campaign Management & Content Development Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns. Manage marketing activity across digital, social media, email, website, distributor, event, and sales enablement channels. Oversee marketing content including videos, presentations, sales materials, customer communications, and digital assets. Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, distributor programs, and customer engagement initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvements based on data and customer insight. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Oversee website performance, social media presence, email marketing, and digital advertising activities. Drive initiatives that improve customer engagement, customer experience, and brand loyalty. Ensure effective use of marketing technologies, automation tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms. Support customer journey mapping and customer experience improvement projects. Champion data-driven marketing practices to improve targeting, engagement, conversion, and ROI. Distributor & Commercial Support Collaborate closely with distributor partners to develop and support effective local and regional marketing programs. Support sales teams with marketing tools, campaigns, and resources that drive customer demand and revenue growth. Build strong relationships with commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales priorities and business objectives. Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis Monitor customer trends, industry developments, and competitor activity across international markets. Utilize customer, market, and performance data to guide decision-making and optimize marketing effectiveness. Evaluate campaign results and marketing investment performance. Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop the North America & UK Marketing Team Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus. Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans. Encourage sharing of best practices and collaboration across international teams. Support succession planning and capability development within the marketing function. Budget & Resource Management Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment. Monitor expenditure and evaluate marketing spend to maximize business impact. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners. Ensure marketing resources, systems, and capabilities support organizational requirements. Governance & Compliance Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and data privacy requirements. Maintain governance processes that ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all marketing outputs. Identify and manage marketing-related risks that could impact brand reputation or business performance. AI & Marketing Technology Actively utilize AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, content creation, campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and reporting. Leverage technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, and similar platforms where appropriate. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled marketing practices and automation opportunities. Utilize data-driven analytics and AI-assisted insights to improve marketing performance and decision-making. International Scope & Travel Requirements The role supports marketing activities across North America and the United Kingdom and requires close collaboration with teams operating in both regions. International travel to the UK is expected periodically, typically at least once per quarter, to support team development, strategic alignment, planning activities, and business objectives. Occasional travel to distributors, trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences may also be required. A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restriction are required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business growth. Experience in supporting distribution channels and distributor-led marketing programs. Experience in managing remote or international teams. Strong content creation, video production, and video editing capabilities. Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Strong understanding of global brand management and multi-market marketing operations. Enthusiastic adopter of AI and emerging marketing technologies.
