Position Overview The Marketing Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content that strengthens our brand, supports our educational mission, and increases customer engagement. This role will create compelling marketing materials, including videos, images, articles, and social media content, that resonate with nursing educators, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can produce high-quality visual and written content across multiple digital platforms while helping expand our online presence through SEO-driven articles, product demonstrations, educational content, and social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Creating and managing email marketing campaigns and measuring performance Collaborate with fellow employees to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness Lead content production, such as product videos, demonstrations, testimonials, and promotional campaigns Travel to conferences and school visits Requirements Strong content creation skills, such as writing, editing, and storytelling Willingness to learn Google Analytics and social media analytics tools Knowledge of design tools and video editing tools, including Canva Willingness to learn in SEO best practices, keyword research, conversion optimization, and performance marketing techniques. Strong skills in content management systems such as WordPress Willingness to learn in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
