✨ Are you a creative strategist, natural relationship-builder, and marketing-minded self-starter who knows how to turn ideas into action? We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, build meaningful community partnerships, create strategic content, and bring our wellness experiences to life. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized — someone who can develop a great idea, create the content, coordinate the details, follow up with leads, and help turn marketing efforts into real business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Social Media & Content Develop and execute strategic social media content Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Alongside our team, Coordinate photo/video content creation, reels, stories, graphics, and campaigns Create or coordinate graphic design for social media, email marketing, events, and promotional materials Maintain consistency with our brand voice, visual identity, and overall brand experience
Strategic Partnerships & Community Marketing:
We will help you Identify and build relationships with complementary local businesses, organizations, influencers, and community partners Together we will develop mutually beneficial cross-promotional opportunities, and Coordinate collaborative marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives Help expand brand awareness within the local community Event Marketing & Coordination You will Work with partner businesses to successfully plan, promote, and market events Coordinate marketing timelines, promotional materials, social media campaigns, and partner communication Help create excitement and drive attendance for events, pop-ups, classes, and special experiences Ensure all partners have the information and materials needed to effectively promote events Lead Follow-Up & Business Growth You will Follow up with marketing leads, event inquiries, partnership opportunities, and prospective clients Help nurture leads through timely, personalized communication Track leads and follow-ups to ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks Collaborate with the team to identify ways to turn marketing activity into bookings, memberships, and long-term customer relationships ✨
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
Creative, energetic, and highly organized and eager to learn A strong communicator and relationship-builder Comfortable taking initiative and working independently but also enjoys working with a team. Growing in a strategic mindset, but also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute Skilled in social media content creation and digital marketing Comfortable with graphic design tools such as Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Able to understand and consistently communicate a brand voice Comfortable networking and building local business partnerships Detail-oriented and excellent at follow-up Passionate about wellness, health, beauty, fitness, recovery, and creating exceptional customer experiences
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL
