Lead cross-functional teams in managing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising channels such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising. Oversee the creation of compelling content including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance brand messaging. Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline demand generation efforts and improve customer engagement. Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Manage advertising sales initiatives by developing targeted campaigns that attract new customers while retaining existing clients. Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with service offerings and market trends. Monitor budgets effectively to maximize ROI on all marketing activities while maintaining brand consistency across channels. Foster collaboration among sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure unified messaging and seamless customer experiences. Experience Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the B2B or service industry such as moving or logistics companies. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Strong skills in content creation—including copywriting, content writing, graphic design—and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications. Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing projects from conception through execution while maintaining strict budgets. Experience leading diverse teams in managing marketing, advertising or public relations initiatives with a focus on performance metrics and ROI analysis. Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills with a talent for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
