Marketing Manager/Community Liason

Job Description

Overview The Community Liaison plays a crucial role in fostering relationships between our organization and the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be adept at public speaking, and have a passion for community engagement. This employee is responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality services and social interactions. He/She acts with primary responsibility to increase and maintain occupancy at or above 95% by being directly responsible for inquiries, community outreach and public relations. Duties Develops and maintain partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to enhance outreach efforts. Directs sales forecasting with weekly updates to Executive Director. Prepares weekly sales and community report. Manage social media platforms to promote events, share success stories, and engage with the community. Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Reviews and communicates market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates to Executive Director. Monitors and evaluates the activities and services of the competition. Provides Executive Director with current availability and market ready room lists. Conducts walk-in tours and schedules tours with prospective residents. Responds to telephone inquiries and completes initial move-in paperwork. Discusses and makes recommendations for facility advertising with Executive Director. Attends special events and networking opportunities. Demonstrates an appreciation of the values and wisdom of the residents and understanding of the aging process. Qualifications Strong skills in social media management to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks. Must have the ability to direct, council and manage personnel and follow chain of communication sequence. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must be able to relate to referral sources, residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances. An Associate or two year degree or diploma plus some experience in the fields of
Health, Marketing, Social Services, Geriatrics or Management/Administration:
or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years experience in essential work related skills, or a combination of undergraduate education and experience for a total of two years.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
