Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and or Sales professional to join our innovative team. Our company is a mostly outdoor based construction company specializing in decks and patios. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead multifaceted marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, and develop compelling campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a MHIC Salespersons license (not required), a drive to generate leads and sales, and the willingness to learn on the fly. Join us to craft impactful marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and generate measurable business results in a fast-paced environment. Duties-Marketing Willingness to go door to door to generate leads. Driving around several counties in Maryland. (Gas paid for during work hours) Conversing with potential clients to obtain information leading to a potential sale. Duties-Sales Obtain your MHIC Salespersons license. Have the ability to generate your own leads that then lead to your own sales. Oversee advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet revenue goals.
