Director of Marketing We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Business Development to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth for innovative industrial technology products. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, process technology, or technical Business to Business products who can translate complex technologies into compelling market solutions. Must have B2B Industrial Equipment Marketing experience What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and revenue streams.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising channels.
• Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to drive growth.
• Manage trade show, conference, and industry event participation.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to strengthen market presence and expand business opportunities. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Proven success creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Experience marketing technical, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related products.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and business development skills.
