You'll help oversee daily operations, keep the Market looking its best, train and support the team, maintain our service standards, and create a welcoming experience for our guests. We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for Market Supervisor . What will you be doing most days? Greet and assist guests. Maintain the overall appearance of the market. Take inventory of all merchandise, including retail products, food items, beverages, beer, and wine. Place orders for merchandise to ensure products remain well-stocked. Conduct monthly inventory reviews. Train and supervise Market Associates to uphold company standards. Support and guide team members to maintain a welcoming and organized market. Ensure cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. What are the requirements for this position? Enjoy working with diverse individuals from all walks of life. Physical Requirements for this Position This position can be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
