Job Overview Marketing & Social Media Specialist Zachmeier MFG - Mandan, ND Full-Time | $40,000-$60,000 per year, DOE About Zachmeier MFG Zachmeier MFG is a growing manufacturing and marine products company based in Mandan, North Dakota. We manufacture aluminum docks and marine products, provide welding and fabrication services, and take on a variety of custom manufacturing and repair projects. We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help us continue growing. This is a hands-on position. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day creating generic posts. You'll be in the shop, at jobsites, around boats and docks, and working directly with our team to create content and generate business. The Position The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing efforts for Zachmeier MFG and our related marine business . The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, comfortable with social media and video, and interested in learning how marketing directly impacts sales and business growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Take photos and videos of products, projects, employees, manufacturing and installations Create and edit short-form videos, Reels and TikToks Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional materials Assist with Facebook/Instagram and Google advertising Monitor advertising performance and make adjustments based on results Update website content, products and images Assist with email marketing and customer communications Help generate qualified leads for our sales team Track leads and marketing results Work with the sales team to improve lead follow-up and conversion Assist with trade shows, customer events and promotional activities Research new marketing opportunities and ways to reach potential customers Help develop the company's overall brand and online presence Identify opportunities to turn projects and day-to-day work into marketing content What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, driven and willing to take ownership .

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms Experience creating video and photo content Good communication and writing skills Basic graphic design skills Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar programs Ability to learn new software and technology quickly Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects A positive, professional attitude Willingness to get out into the shop, jobsites and customer locations to create content Experience Marketing or social media experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person . A college degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media or a related field is a plus, but a strong portfolio and demonstrated ability may be more important than a degree . If you have created social media accounts, videos, advertisements, photography, websites or other marketing materials, we want to see your work. Compensation $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses may be available based on company and marketing performance.
