The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management experience in a large retail store or showroom (5,000+ sq. ft.), such as home improvement, electronics, appliances, furniture, clothing, or similar retail. Responsibilities Take ownership of showroom sales and daily operations. Manage, train, and support showroom staff. Ensure every customer is assisted and sales opportunities are followed up. Back up salespeople, assist customers, prepare quotes, close sales, and work as cashier when needed. Maintain displays, pricing, signage, and showroom presentation. Meet showroom sales and gross-profit targets. Develop initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales. Work with the marketing team on promotions, events, and campaigns. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and operations. Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of retail store or showroom management experience. Experience managing a 5,000+ sq. ft. retail location strongly preferred. Strong sales, customer service, leadership, and closing skills. Proven responsibility for store sales performance and staff. Hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Experience with appliances, electronics, furniture, home improvement, or commercial equipment is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
