Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION
The Director, Digital & Design Services owns the enterprise strategy and results for customer-facing digital services across CS. This role sets the roadmap, secures and manages investment, leads the organization, and delivers scalable capabilities that make it easier for customers to quote, order, track, pay, and do business with CS. The Director aligns business units, IT, and external partners around clear priorities and is accountable for adoption, customer experience, process efficiency, revenue impact, EBITDA impact, and return on investment.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION
(Minimum Education and/or Experience required) Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. Ten or more years of progressive experience in digital services, digital transformation, e-commerce, CPQ, or technology-enabled services. Three to seven or more years leading managers and/or large cross-functional teams. Proven success setting enterprise strategy and delivering measurable customer, operational, and financial results. Experience owning budgets, business cases, ROI, resource plans, and multi-year roadmaps. Proven ability to influence executives, customers, business leaders, and technology partners and drive decisions across functions. Working knowledge of ERP, CPQ, CRM, e-commerce, and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes; manufacturing or building products experience preferred. Travel of up to 30% required.

Prioritize the portfolio and stop, start, or sequence work based on customer value, business impact, cost, risk, and speed. Own the budget, business cases, resource plan, and return on investment for digital services. Deliver scalable customer capabilities for quoting, ordering, tracking, payment, and transaction visibility. Set measurable targets for adoption, customer experience, efficiency, revenue, EBITDA, and ROI; report results to executive leadership. Lead managers, teams, and cross-functional resources; set accountability and build succession depth. Direct and develop managers, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment to business priorities, driving performance, fostering accountability, and developing organizational bench strength through effective succession planning. Align business unit leaders, Product Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, customers, and external partners on decisions and outcomes. Lead change management, training, adoption, and sustained process ownership for every launch. Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and maintain CS's competitive advantage. Ensures compliance with

ISO 14001
environmental management system requirements, including adherence to documented procedures, participation in audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
