We're a skilled nursing facility in Hoosick Falls seeking a dynamic

DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS/MARKETING

to lead our admissions process and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you'll build relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and families to promote our facility and services.

Responsibilities:

Manage referrals and insurance processes Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals via phone, portal, and in-person Arrange tours and facilitate admissions Obtain prior authorizations and upload information for billing purposes Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless care transitions Develop relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and other referral sources Identify opportunities for growth and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

Background in sales or healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to travel to local hospitals and meetings as needed
