Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outreach visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, adult day care centers, and community organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to drive consistent case acquisition. Implement street marketing strategies including distributing flyers, hosting informational tables, and direct community engagement. Develop partnerships with food pantries, senior centers, faith-based organizations, and other local resources. Promote company services to diverse communities, including Spanish- or Creole-speaking populations. Identify and secure new referral opportunities through proactive marketing efforts. Close deals and convert qualified leads into active cases. Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of referrals and marketing activities. Collaborate with the intake team to ensure smooth case handoff and follow-up. Represent the company professionally at community events and networking opportunities.

Required Experience/Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, outreach sales, or client acquisition. Strong background in field marketing or street-to-street sales. Proven ability to bring in cases and meet referral or production targets. Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Bilingual preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and community-based promotion. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. Healthcare, home care, or long-term care experience preferred.

Compensation:

Base salary starts at $45,000 annually. Total compensation up to $85,000 annually, inclusive of commission based on performance and production. Commission structure designed to reward strong case acquisition and referral growth.
