We are a fast-growing company expanding into new markets and looking for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of our digital strategy, brand, lead generation, and creative organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build , not simply manage agencies and review reports. You'll develop the strategy, build the team, establish accountability, and turn marketing into a measurable driver of growth. Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Growth Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, website, email, retargeting, and emerging channels. Own lead generation, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion, and marketing ROI. Manage and optimize significant digital advertising budgets. Build reporting and attribution connecting marketing investment to leads, sales, and revenue. Test and optimize audiences, campaigns, offers, landing pages, and channels. Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue. Hold agencies and outside partners accountable for measurable results. Build & Lead the Creative Team A key priority will be building an internal creative organization that can support a rapidly growing brand. You'll determine the right structure and talent across areas such as: Graphic design Video and photography Social media and content Copywriting Brand and digital creative Culture and recruitment marketing You'll establish the processes, standards, calendars, and expectations needed to produce high-quality work efficiently. Brand & Creative Direction Protect and strengthen the brand across every customer touchpoint. Develop campaigns that differentiate the company and drive growth. Lead creative concepts across digital, video, social, events, and other marketing channels. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across markets. Tell compelling stories about customers, employees, culture, and the company. Growth & Market Expansion Develop marketing strategies for launching in new markets. Build repeatable playbooks for efficient market expansion. Analyze performance and adjust investment based on results. Partner with executive leadership on growth plans, budgets, and market strategy. Preferred Experience 7+ years of progressive marketing experience. 3+ years leading a marketing team or function. Strong expertise in performance and digital marketing. Experience managing substantial paid media budgets. Experience building or significantly expanding an internal creative team. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, SEO, analytics, attribution, CRM marketing, and conversion optimization. Ability to balance brand building with measurable performance. Experience managing agencies, vendors, and internal creative resources. Strong analytical and financial skills. Proven ability to develop people and build high-performing teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in a high-volume, lead-generation, consumer, or multi-location business is highly preferred.
