Help Grow One of Ohio's Most Unique Destination Resorts Landoll's Mohican Castle is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help grow our business. This position is responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, promoting events and experiences, maintaining our website, and developing marketing campaigns that increase bookings, wedding inquiries, restaurant traffic, and overall revenue. Position Summary The Marketing & Brand Manager will lead Landoll's marketing efforts while serving as the primary manager of our digital presence. You'll be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, promoting events and experiences, maintaining website content, and helping grow one of Ohio's most recognizable hospitality destinations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being creative, thinking strategically, and seeing their work directly impact business growth. Primary ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Revenue Growth Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase bookings, wedding inquiries, restaurant traffic, and event attendance. Create monthly marketing calendars and seasonal campaigns. Identify new opportunities to promote the Landoll's brand. Present marketing ideas and campaign results to leadership. Social Media Management Manage and grow our established social media presence by: Planning and publishing engaging content. Creating Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos. Writing captions and promotional copy. Responding promptly to comments, messages, and online reviews. Engaging with followers and building our online community. Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Content Creation Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content featuring: Luxury lodging Weddings Dining Entertainment Seasonal events Guest experiences Behind-the-scenes moments Property updates Special promotions Maintain an organized content library for future campaigns. Event Marketing & Graphic Design Design and produce marketing materials including: Event promotions Flyers Social media graphics Digital advertisements Promotional materials Restaurant and seasonal promotions Website Management Maintain website content by: Keeping information current and accurate. Updating lodging, dining, event, and promotional pages. Assisting with campaign landing pages. Coordinating larger updates with website support when needed. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: 2-5 years of marketing and/or social media experience. Strong photography and videography skills. Experience creating engaging short-form video. Graphic design experience using Canva Pro or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing business social media accounts. Strong organizational and project management skills. A creative mindset with attention to detail. The ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table. Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, or destination marketing is a plus.
