Corinne Aesthetics Studio Corinne Aesthetics Studio is a luxury wellness and advanced aesthetics practice known for elevated client care, refined technique, and a strong founder‑led brand presence. We blend clinical precision with holistic wellbeing, serving a discerning clientele who value expertise, education, and a polished experience. We are seeking a part‑time Marketing Manager who can strengthen our brand visibility, drive new client acquisition, and support the Founder's presence across digital platforms, events, and community engagements. This role is also an excellent opportunity for a passionate, driven college student seeking an internship‑style position to build their portfolio, gain hands‑on experience, and showcase their marketing and content creation skills. Compensation for internship‑track candidates will be discussed during the interview process. Position Summary The Part‑Time Marketing Manager is responsible for social media management, content creation, brand storytelling, and growth‑driven marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with the Founder to elevate brand awareness, increase bookings, and expand the studio's reach. This is a performance‑based role with clear growth potential. Over the first 3 months, you will work toward measurable increases in brand visibility, new client visits, and sales. Meeting those benchmarks will expand the role to 10-15 hours per week within 3-6 months. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile) - Website updates with Pictures, and announcements at times. Create high‑quality content inside the studio, including treatment footage, behind‑the‑scenes, product features, and founder‑focused storytelling Develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, client bookings, and overall sales Identify opportunities for Founder visibility: events, partnerships, speaking engagements, community involvement, and industry features Attend and capture content at events, workshops, and Founder appearances Build and maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice aligned with the studio's luxury‑clinical identity Monitor analytics and provide monthly reports on growth, engagement, and conversion Propose new ideas, campaigns, and improvements based on studio needs and market trends Support promotional planning, seasonal campaigns, and product pushes Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's standards of excellence Collaborate with the Founder to refine messaging, storytelling, and strategic direction Qualifications 2 - 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (beauty, wellness, or luxury industries preferred) Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies Ability to create polished photo and video content (iPhone‑level content creation acceptable if skilled)

Required:

Email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) Canva proficiency Light graphic design skills Ability to edit content to match brand tone, aesthetic, and voice Experience with brand building, storytelling, and founder‑focused marketing Comfortable attending events, capturing live content, and representing the brand professionally Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset Organized, reliable, and able to meet weekly deadlines and growth benchmarks Performance Expectations (First 3 Months) You will work toward measurable improvements in: Brand awareness (engagement, reach, impressions, community growth) New client visits Sales and booking conversions Founder visibility and event participation Meeting these benchmarks will increase the role to 10-15 hours/week within 6 months .
