We are seeking a Marketing Execution Contractor to support the delivery of industry-focused marketing programs and events. This role will ensure seamless execution of events designed to engage key industry audiences, from planning through post-event follow-up. Top 5-7
Skills:

- sales, marketing, and external partners Lead capture and post-event reporting (industry-specific insights and pipeline impact) Project management with attention to detail Requirements for the role: Execute end-to-end industry-focused events and digital programs, ensuring alignment to priority verticals and audience segments Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and secure industry-relevant keynote speakers and content Manage vendors (booth builds, production, agencies) to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences Navigate procurement systems to manage contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding Collaborate with sales and industry teams to ensure strong lead capture and aligned follow-up strategies Support post-event reporting, including industry-specific insights and pipeline impact 3-5 years in event or field marketing, ideally with industry/vertical campaigns Strong project management skills with attention to detail Experience working across sales, marketing, and external partners Understanding of how to tailor events to specific industry audiences Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Education and Experience:
