Partner with Market Access, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and cross-functional leadership teams to develop and negotiate complex agreements with payers and healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global contracting strategies aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, and patient access goals. Design innovative and value-based contracting models that optimize pricing, reimbursement, access, and commercial outcomes. Lead negotiations for complex agreements with payers, healthcare systems, and other strategic stakeholders. Partner with Market Access, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and business-unit leadership to align contracting strategies and execution. Evaluate market, financial, and performance data to identify opportunities for improved contract structures and economic outcomes. Establish contract performance metrics, monitor results, and use analytics to drive continuous improvement. Ensure contracting strategies and agreements comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Provide strategic thought leadership on evolving contracting models, payer dynamics, pricing strategies, and healthcare market trends. Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team while establishing a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Drive cross-functional initiatives designed to improve contract execution, expand patient access, and maximize business value. Communicate complex contracting strategies, financial implications, risks, and recommendations to senior executives and key stakeholders.
